All payments made for our advertising services are final and non-refundable.
Once work has begun — including strategy planning, ad setup, creative development, consultation, or campaign optimization — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds?
Our services involve:
- Time investment
- Strategy development
- Technical setup
- Platform configuration
- Intellectual expertise
Because of the digital and customized nature of our services, refunds are not possible after payment is made.
Ad Spend
Advertising budget paid to platforms (such as Meta, Google, etc.) is managed directly by the client or allocated toward live campaigns and cannot be refunded by us.
Service Pause or Cancellation
If you choose to stop services:
- You may cancel future work with written notice.
- No refunds will be provided for work already completed.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods.
Shipment Policy
We process all orders within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Digital products: Delivered via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours
- Physical products: Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges may apply based on product and delivery location. Final charges will be shown at checkout or informed before confirmation.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or Email.
